Pietre is a new collaboration between design studio Duffy London and Artist/Designer Christopher Wall.

Scagliola is a plaster composite of gypsum, glues, and natural pigments. It was revived during the Renaissance as a substitute for marble, offering colours and patterns not found in stone. Having trained in Italy, Wall is now one of only a handful of artists practising this rare craft, making each Pietre base entirely unique.

The form is derived from Duffy London’s Kronos range, where time-based software generates one-off geometries, ensuring every Pietre is an individual work of art. Bespoke sizes and dining table versions are also available.

Christopher Duffy and Christopher Wall first worked together over a decade ago, and we are delighted to reunite on this new collection - with further collaborations planned.
